  • Speciality: Ranger Pipelines Incorporated hereby requests quotes from San Francisco Small and Micro LBEs (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division) for the following items of work: Sewer & Storm Drain Work, Water Work, Asphalt Work, Concrete Work (Pavement, Flatwork & Ramps), Landscaping Work, Misc. Grading/Earthwork, Trucking. The LBE subcontracting requirement for this project is 20%. We encourage subcontractors submitting quotes to utilize other LBE firms through second tier subcontracting, owner-operated equipment, or purchase of supplies.
