The objective of the project is to replace the existing sewer and renovate the existing street pavement on various streets in San Francisco.
Bid discounts may be applied as per San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 14B. The LBE subcontracting goal is 17% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Human Rights Commission). SFPUC-LBEs cannot be utilized to meet the 17% LBE subcontracting goal requirement. Please contact Hadas Rivera-Weiss at 415-551-4814 for HRC related issues.
Hard copy versions of plans, specifications and bidding documents are available at 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 1st Floor, Contract Admin. Service Desk, SF, CA 94102 for a non-refundable $150 fee paid by cash or by check payable to “SFPUC”. Contractors requesting plan/specs be shipped to them should send their request with the appropriate payment amount and return shipping information to: Contract Administration Bureau at :525 Golden Gate Avenue, 8th floor, San Francisco, CA 94102.
