Rules and Regulations

These Rules and Regulations provide for the uniform treatment of all our electric customers. Copies of these documents are available for public inspection at the Customer Service Center of our main offices at 525 Golden Gate Avenue (entrance at Polk Street) during normal business hours.

The above Rules and Regulations and any subsequent changes are valid only after approval by the full San Francisco Public Utilities Commission.


These Schedule of Charges are intended to recover the costs associated with the services provided herein. Modifications and changes to these charges shall be taken at the discretion of the General Manager of the SFPUC.
