The purpose of these Rules & Regulations is to provide for the uniform treatment of all our water and electric customers. These Rules & Regulations and any subsequent changes are valid only after approval by the full San Francisco Public Utilities Commission. Copies of these Rules & Regulations are available for public inspection at the Customer Service Center of the main offices during normal business hours.
On November 10, 2015, the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission approved and adopted (per Resolution 15-0242) two proposed Appendices to the Rules & Regulations Governing Electric Service, approved by Resolution 10-0018. Appendix I would establish technical standards for the SFPUC’s provision of electrical service. Appendix II would establish protocols for the SFPUC’s provision of new distribution line and service line extensions.
SCHEDULE OF CHARGES
These Schedule of Charges are intended to recover the costs associated with the services provided herein. Modifications and changes to these charges shall be taken at the discretion of the General Manager of the SFPUC.
