The objective of the project is to complete the installation of a perimeter fence around the Moccasin reservoir. The work is to be performed in Tuolumne, California.
Bid discounts may be applied as per San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 14B. The LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 9.00%. Both San Francisco Small & Micro-LBEs and SFPUC LBEs (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division) can be utilized to meet this requirement. The LBE subcontractor participation requirement for this Contract is 9.00%. The LBE subcontractor participation is less than 20% due to the remote location of the project and the availability of the LBE subcontractors available to perform the required scope of work. Subcontracting opportunities may include, but not limited, to the following major types of work: concrete, fencing, and earthwork.
A Class “A” or Class "C-13" California Contractors License is required to bid. Furthermore, each listed subcontractor must possess appropriate active licenses for the work each subcontractor will be performing.
