The objective of the project is to provide as-needed sewer cleaning and inspection at locations to be determined within the City of San Francisco. The work is to be performed in San Francisco, California.
Bid discounts may be applied as per San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 14B. The LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 10.00% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division). SFPUC-LBEs cannot be utilized to meet the 10.00% LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement. The 10% requirement was established in consideration of the specialized cleaning and video/sonar inspection scopes of work, in addition to the specialized nature of the equipment and experience/ qualifications /certifications as required in the bid documents.
