The objective of the project is to repair and stabilize the eroded area downstream of the Turner Dam concrete spillway and an area at Pond F3 East from further erosion. Both sites are located in Sunol, CA. The work is to be performed in Alameda County, California.
Bid discounts may be applied as per San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 14B. The LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 20.00%. Both San Francisco Small & Micro-LBEs and SFPUC-LBEs (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division) can be utilized to meet this requirement. Subcontracting opportunities may include, but not limited, to the following major types of work: carpentry, construction traffic control, earthwork and paving, pipeline, trucking and hauling. Please refer to Section 01 60 00 in the Specifications regarding the purchase of equipment to achieve the LBE subcontracting participation requirement.
