Project Description
The objective of the project is to upgrade and optimize the operation of the existing odor control units (OCUs) and subsequent ventilation systems serving building 042 – primary clarifiers and building 230 – secondary clarifiers at Oceanside Water Pollution Control Plant (OSP). The work is to be performed in San Francisco, California. The Engineer's estimate is between $ 2,500,000 and $2,700,000. The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.

Bid discounts may be applied as per San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 14B. The LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 20.00% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division). SFPUC-LBEs cannot be utilized to meet the 20.00% LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement. Please contact LaKysha Cummings at (415) 554-3136 for further information. Please refer to Section 01 60 00 in the Specifications regarding the purchase of equipment to achieve the LBE subcontracting participation requirement.
