The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC), a department of the City and County of San Francisco (the City), seeks to retain the services of a pre-qualified design-build firm to provide design-build services for Contract No. DB-126 - Wastewater Enterprise Distributed Control System Upgrades Project. Design-Build services will include, but not be limited to, planning, design, engineering, labor, materials procurement, delivery, installation, and commissioning to replace the distributed control system for the SFPUC wastewater collection and treatment systems at multiple facilities.

The City has pre-qualified the following entities through a Request for Qualifications process. Only these three entities will be permitted to submit Proposals:
- ABB, Inc.
- Emerson Process Management
- Invensys Systems, Inc.

UPDATE 9-30-16: the RFP Evaluation is now complete. The highest ranked proposal from Emerson Process Management will be recommended for award.
