The objective of the project is to provide redundancy to the aging pipelines of San Francisco’s water distribution system. The work to be performed under this contract includes the replacement of 8-inch and 12-inch ductile iron pipelines, installation of curb ramps, and pavement restoration on 21st, Bryant, Ford, Hancock, and Cumberland Streets. The work is to be performed in San Francisco, California.
Bid discounts may be applied as per San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 14B. The LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 20.00% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division). SFPUC-LBEs cannot be utilized to meet the 20.00% LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement. Please contact Shinji Sakai-Egi (415) 554-3136 for further information.
