The objective of the project is to provide inspection, testing, maintenance and repair services for the fire alarm and life safety systems on an as-needed basis for various SFPUC facilities.
Bid discounts may be applied for certified LBEs as per San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 14B; however, there is no LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement for this project. However, Bidders are encouraged to use San Francisco Local Certified Small and Micro-LBEs to the extent possible. Please contact Jason Chow at 415-554-3103 for further information.
A DVD version of the bidding documents and specifications, and available project information is available by mail or at 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 1st Floor, Customer Service Desk, San Francisco, CA 94102 for a nonrefundable $10.00 fee paid by check payable to "SFPUC." Hard copy versions of the specifications are only available by mail or by appointment for pick up for an additional fee of $45.00.
