If you are experiencing a water or sewer emergency or service problem call our 24-hour hotline at 415-554-3444. This includes problems that you may be experiencing with
- no water service
- low water pressure
- issues with taste, odor or color of your water
- sewer backups
- clogged catch basins
- flooding
- or wastewater odors
The SFPUC has started a State mandated water main flushing program called unidirectional flushing. The flushing operation, lasting two to four hours, may result in reduced water pressure or discolored water.
