Small Business Enterprise Program

The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) has launched the WSIP Local Business Enterprise (LBE) Program effective September 2006. Small construction firms located within the SFPUC’s regional service territory (South San Francisco to Hetch Hetchy) can be certified by the San Francisco Human Rights Commission (HRC) for construction contracting benefits on the $4.3 billion Water System Improvement Program (WSIP), as San Francisco-based certified firms.

For further information on the program or to obtain SFPUC/LBE application form, please contact Iris Martin-Lopez by phone: 415-554-3222, fax: 415-551-4609, or ilopez@sfwater.org
