The "Using Water Wisely" Illustration Contest promotes students’ awareness of water as a precious natural resource. Creative inspiration is provided by Our Water, the curriculum unit developed by the SFPUC designed to teach students about San Francisco’s water resources and the importance of conservation.
San Francisco Students Grades 3-6 Eligible
Entries can illustrate anything from imaginative ways to conserve or recycle water for the future to pollution prevention or the importance of water in our everyday lives.

| San Francisco Garden for the Environment |
Students and teachers from each classroom grade level 3-6 with a winning entry will receive an SFPUC stainless steel water bottle. The contest Grand Prize winner will receive a field trip (including transportation) to San Francisco’s Garden for the Environment for their classroom, learning ‘hands-on’ about water-wise practices and pollution prevention.
