Skip to page body Home Customer Service How To Environment Projects & Programs About Us

We have implemented a pre-qualification program to determine bidder responsibility prior to submission of bids for select projects. Bidders for designated construction projects must be pre-qualified prior to submitting bids. It is mandatory that all licensed contractors who intend to submit bids for these designated projects, fully complete the following:

Pre-qualification application packages may be submitted at any time throughout the year. We require a minimum of 30 days to process a pre-qualification application following submittal of all required documents, including timely receipt of Reference Questionnaires. Pre-qualification approval will remain valid for two (2) calendar years from the posted approval date. Licensed contractors who intend to renew their pre-qualification status must submit new updated Parts I, II, and III, including new references. An updated Part IV for previously approved project categories is not required for renewal.
