In response to California's severe drought, the SFPUC’s customers have done well to reduce water use, and we are asking for a continued commitment to conserving water. A call for 10% overall reduction in water use is in effect. There's also a requirement to reduce outdoor irrigation by 25%. Click here for customer details and forms.

It is critical that all our customers in and outside San Francisco ensure their water use is as efficient as possible and take immediate action to reduce outdoor water use and waste. Whether you're a homeowner, live in an apartment, or use water for a commercial business, everyone can lower and maintain efficient water use and help meet our 10% request.
