Rates for commercial, industrial and other general uses served through a separate meter or battery of meters.

Rate Fairness Board

This board advises the SFPUC on water and sewer rate matters. Meetings are held on the third Friday of each month.  

Low Income Assistance

The Community Assistance Program discounts water and sewer service for qualifying single-family residents.

Flow Factor
Appeal

Wastewater service charges are calculated by multiplying water consumption by an assigned flow factor.

Capacity
Charge

This charge addresses new or additional demands on the water distribution system.
