The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission anticipates that winter maintenance and water system construction work, attributing to air bubbles in our drinking water, will be completed the week of February 15. Customers in portions of San Francisco, the Peninsula, and East Bay have recently reported cloudy or milky-white colored water when drawn from the tap. The cloudy or milky-white appearance is due to tiny air bubbles in the water.
