The objective of the project is to rehabilitate the existing sewers along the Casitas Easement Sewer within the City and County of San Francisco. The work is to be performed in San Francisco, California.
Bid discounts may be applied as per San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 14B. The LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 10.00% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division). SFPUC-LBEs cannot be utilized to meet the 10.00% LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement. Consideration of specialized scope which requires experience with successful installation of at least 12,000 feet of 30" diameter or larger in equivalent circular size of CIPL (Cured-In-Place Liner Pipe). Of this quantity, at least 2,000 feet must be non-circular or irregular shaped cross sections. Please contact Lakysha Cummings at (415) 554-3136 for further information.
