The objective of the project is to install access and safety improvements at the San Francisco PUC Headquarters located at 525 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco.. The work is to be performed in San Francisco, California.
Bid discounts may be applied as per San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 14B. The LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 20.00% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division). SFPUC-LBEs cannot be utilized to meet the 20.00% LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement. Please contact Alysabeth Alexander-Tut at (415) 551-4335 for further information. A DVD version of the bidding documents, plans, and specifications, and available project information is available by mail or at 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 1st Floor, Customer Service Desk, San Francisco, CA 94102 for a nonrefundable $10.00 fee paid by check payable to "SFPUC." Hard copy versions of the plans and specifications are only available by mail or by appointment for pick up for an additional fee of $150.00. If requesting by mail, send a check in the appropriate payment amount, requestor’s carrier account number, a business card, a contractor license number, and return shipping information to: Contract Administration Bureau, 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 8th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94102.
