Sealed bids will be received at 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 3rd Floor - Tuolumne Room, SF, CA 94102, until 2:00 P.M. on 12/7/2017.  The objective of the project is to install 13 sacrificial anode systems to protect the existing 24-inch and 36-inch steel pipe at 13 various locations in SF, CA.  The work is to be performed in SF, CA.  The Engineer's estimate is $888,000.  The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.

Bid discounts may be applied as per San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 14B.  The LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 20% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division).  SFPUC-LBEs cannot be utilized to meet the 20% LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement.   Please contact Lakysha Cummings at (415) 554-3136 for further information.  Subcontracting opportunities may include, but not limited, to the following major types of work: trucking, hauling, shoring, pavement restoration and renovation, saw cutting and traffic.
