The objective of the project to replace the existing sewers and street pavement at various locations within the City & County of San Francisco. The work is to be performed in SF, CA.
The LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 20% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division). SFPUC-LBEs cannot be utilized to meet the 20% LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement. Please contact LaKysha Cummings at (415) 554-3136 for CMD related issues.
Hard copy versions of plans, specifications and bidding documents are available at 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 1st Floor, Customer Service Desk, SF, CA 94102 for a non-refundable $180 fee paid by cash or by check payable to “SFPUC.” A contractor, who is requesting plans and specifications by mail, should send a request with the appropriate payment amount, FedEx number, business card, contractor license number and return Shipping information to: Contract Administration Bureau at 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 8th floor. San Francisco, CA 94102.
