The objective of the project is to install 12" ductile iron pipe and fittings on Pacheco Street and Other Streets. The work is to be performed in SF, CA.

 A “Class A License” California Contractors License is required to bid.

Bid discounts may be applied as per San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 14B. The LBE subcontracting goal is 15% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division). SFPUC-LBEs cannot be utilized to meet the 15% LBE subcontracting goal requirement. Please contact Jason Chow at 415-554-3103 for further information. Subcontracting opportunities may include, but not limited, to the following major types of work: trucking, hauling, shoring, pavement restoration and renovation, water replacement, saw cutting, and traffic control. Please refer to Section 0160 00 in the Specifications regarding the purchase of equipment to achieve the LBE subcontracting participation requirement.
