Project Description

The objective of the project is to construct a new fueling station with two fueling islands and two aboveground storage tanks on a reinforced concrete pier foundation in the City Distribution Division Yard located at 1990 Newcomb Avenue in San Francisco, California.

Bid discounts may be applied as per San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 14B. The LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 10% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division).  SFPUC-LBEs cannot be utilized to meet the 10% LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement.  Please contact Regina Chan at 415-551-4335 for CMD related issues. 

Hard copy versions of plans, specifications and bidding documents are available at 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 1st Floor, Customer Service Desk, SF, CA 94102 for a non-refundable $150 fee paid by cash or by check payable to “SFPUC.” A CD version of the plans, specifications, and available project information is available for a fee of $10.    A contractor, who is requesting plans and specifications by mail, should send a request with the appropriate payment amount, FedEx number, business card, contractor license number and return Shipping information to: Contract Administration Bureau at 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 8th floor. San Francisco, CA 94102.
