The objective of the project is to install 48-inch welded steel pipe and associated cathodic protection on Putnam Street between Ogden and Cortland Avenues. The work is to be performed in San Francisco, CA.

Bid discounts may be applied as per San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 14B. The LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 20% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division).  SFPUC-LBEs cannot be utilized to meet the 20% LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement.  Please contact LaKysha Commis at 415-554-3136 for CMD related issues. 

Hard copy versions of plans, specifications and bidding documents are available at 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 1st Floor, Customer Service Desk, SF, CA 94102 for a non-refundable $150 fee paid by cash or by check payable to “SFPUC.” A CD version of the plans, specifications, and available project information is available for a fee of $10.    A contractor, who is requesting plans and specifications by mail, should send a request with the appropriate payment amount, FedEx number, business card, contractor license number and return Shipping information to: Contract Administration Bureau at 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 8th floor. Addendum No. 1 dated May 22, 2017 has extended the bid opening date from June 1, 2017 to July 13, 2017.  Addendum No. 2 is issued July 5, 2017. See addenda No. 2 for detail.
