The objective of the project is to convert an existing storage room into a Server Room. The Server Room will house existing SCADA servers, racks, and other related equipment. The project will have new power panels, conduits, chemical fire suppression, alarm, room upgrades, and air conditioning with rooftop condenser units. There will be modifications to the existing SCADA Room.
The LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 20% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division). SFPUC-LBEs cannot be utilized to meet the 20% LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement. Please contact Marcus Lange at (415) 554-3106 for CMD related issues.

A contractor, who is requesting plans and specifications by mail, should send a request with the original, Signed Confidentiality Agreement, appropriate payment amount, FedEx number, business card, contractor License number and return shipping information to: Contract Administration Bureau at 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 8th floor.
