The objective of the project to replace the existing sewers and street pavement on various streets identified in the Summary of Work. All work is to be performed in San Francisco, CA.

The LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 20% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division). SFPUC-LBEs cannot be utilized to meet the 20% LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement. Please contact Jason Chow at 415-554-3103 for CMD related issues.

Hard copy versions of plans, specifications and bidding documents are available for a non-refundable $180 fee paid by cash or by check payable to “SFPUC.” A CD version is available for $10.

Addendum No. 1 was issued February 17, 2017. Bid opening date extended from March 9 to April 6.                        Addendum No. 2 is issued March 15.
