The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC), a department of the City and County of San Francisco (the City), seeks to retain the services of a design-build firm to provide design and construction services for the Warnerville Substation Rehabilitation Project (“Project”) located in Oakdale, CA. Design-build services will include, but not be limited to, turnkey planning, design, engineering, labor, materials procurement, delivery, installation, and commissioning of the Warnerville Substation with two new transformers (300 MVA) replacing the three existing transformers (150MVA, 75 MVA, 75MVA).
The City has pre-qualified the following entities through a Request for Qualifications process:

- Beta Engineering California LP
- Communication Services, Inc./Worley Parsons Group Inc.
- EPC Services Company/Electrical Consultants Inc.
- PAR Electrical Contractors, Inc./Mesa Associates Inc.
- PowerSecure, Inc./Sega Inc.
- RES System 3, LLC/Renewable Energy Systems Americas Inc.
- Rosendin Electric, Inc./TriAxis Engineering
- TRC Solutions, Inc.
- Wilson Utility Construction Co./Sargent & Lundy
Only these entities will be permitted to submit Proposals. This list will continue to be updated.

Pre-Submittal Conference and Site Visit (1/24/17): Please Note: Location has been moved to the Moccasin Admin Building Dining Room.
Design Builders are strongly encouraged to attend a site visit facilitated by SFPUC project staff to be held immediately after the pre-submittal conference.
