RFQ/RFP NOW ADVERTISED
The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) proposes to construct new reliable solids treatment, odor control and energy recovery facilities, fully replacing the existing outdated treatment facilities at San Francisco’s Southeast Wastewater Treatment Plant.
The SFPUC will be requesting a Request for Qualifications and Proposals (RFQ/RFP) for qualified contractors to provide pre-construction, construction management and construction services for the Southeast Plant Biosolids Digester Facilities Project using the Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) project delivery method.

The RFP evaluation process is now complete. The highest ranked proposal from MWH Constructors / Webcor Builders, a construction joint venture, will be recommended for award.
