The SFPUC seeks to enter into a contract with a qualified individual to serve as a Technical Advisor (“Advisor”) for Southeast Treatment Plant Improvement projects under the Sewer System Improvement Program. The Advisor will provide independent technical advice to the SFPUC Management team during planning, design and construction of multiple Southeast Treatment Plant Improvement projects. The Advisor will review existing documents as well as meet with the SFPUC periodically during planning, design and construction of the projects. When requested, Advisor will provide, in the form of memoranda or letters, his/her opinions/recommendations on the subject reviewed. The Advisor may also be requested to perform field visit(s) to the project site.
