The SFPUC is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms, joint ventures (JVs), joint associations, or LLCs (hereinafter “Respondents”) to provide as-needed specialized pipe network investigation and testing services for its Auxiliary Water Supply System (AWSS) its potable water services.  Respondents with relevant experience and qualifications in one or more of the subject areas noted below, and that meet the minimum qualifications set forth in Section 4.1 of the RFQ, are encouraged to submit SOQs.

Subject Areas: 

1. Internal Pipe Investigation

2. External Pipe Investigation

3. Leak Noise Correlation

4. Corrosion and Soil Testing

5. Materials Testing

Based on specific objective experience and qualifications, SFPUC seeks to establish a pool of pre-qualified Respondents (“Pool”), from which the SFPUC may solicit prospective contractors on as as-needed basis for the above noted pipe network investigation and testing services. The Pool will remain valid for five (5) years.  Up to a total of $6 Million is available over these five years for the specified as-needed services.

Statements of Qualifications will be accepted on a rolling basis beginning July 10, 2015.  Respondents may submit SOQs until July 10, 2018.
