The SFPUC is seeking four (4) qualified proposers to assist the SFPUC with on-site operations and maintenance support services for the Hetch Hetchy Water and Power Division of the SFPUC Water Enterprise (HHWP). Consultants are needed to support in the areas of: (1) water supply, storage, and transport services; water quality services; (2) power services; and (3) water treatment services; wastewater treatment services. Additional tasks also may include work to meet Federal and State environmental and regulatory agency reporting requirements, conduct ongoing studies and implementation planning to meet the requirements of the Water System Improvement Program, the Hetchy System Improvement Program, on-site support of HHWP day-to-day operations and maintenance engineering projects, and other highly specialized tasks as needed.

The Contract Monitoring Division (CMD) Local Business Enterprise (LBE) Participation Goal for each contract is 18% of the total value of the goods and/or services to be provided. Only CMD/HRC certified micro or small LBE's can be utilized to fulfill the LBE participation goal.
