The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC), a department of the City and County of San Francisco ("City"), seeks to retain the services of two (2) qualified Proposers to augment and assist the SFPUC with specialized program/project scheduling, forecasting, change control, cost controls, and cost estimating for capital improvements projects and programs. The proposer may also be called upon to provide Program Constrol system integration and other Program Control related services during the term of the Professional  Services Agreement (Agreement). Such services could include review of change order requests for schedule and cost impacts, database modifications, download/upload of data from other software systems to the Primavera suite of tools used in Program Controls Group (PCG) and other specialized services such as PCG Control System improvements tasks and specialized training at the discretion of the SFPUC.

The Contract Monitoring Division (CMD) Local Business Enterprise (LBE) Participation Goal for each contract is 16% of the total value of the goods and/or services to be provided.

4/6/15 The Written Evaluation is now complete. In alphabetical order, the following firms will advance to the oral interview phase of this RFP process: CM Pros/CPM JV, ECS, Faithful + Gould/AGS JV, and PMA/Dabri JV. These Proposers will be sent an oral interview invitation shortly. 

4/28/15 The selection process is now complete with the following two firms being recommended for contract award:  1) Environmental and Construction Solutions, (ECS) and 2) PMA/Dabri, a Joint Venture.
