The SFPUC, a department of the City & County of San Francisco, seeks to retain the services of up to four (4) qualified Proposers to provide the SFPUC with As-Needed Construction Management (CM) Services. The programs/projects that may be served fall under, but are not limited to, the Sewer System Improvement Program (SSIP), Water System Improvement Program (WSIP), Hetchy System Improvement Program (HSIP), Emergency Firefighting Water System (EFWS), Water and Wastewater Repair and Replacement (R&R) Programs and other water, power, and wastewater capital projects. These services may include, but not be limited to, Construction Contract Management, Quality Control Inspection, Quality Assurance Inspection, Green Infrastructure Construction Inspection, Project Controls, Environmental Inspection, Supplier Quality Surveillance, Special Laboratory Testing, Start-Up & Testing Assistance, Surveying, Construction Safety Inspection and Document Control. The term Proposer shall refer to any legal entity(ies) submitting a proposal in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP).

10/17/14: Q&A, Addendum 1, and Revised P-500 Draft Agreement posted.
10/29/14: The SFPUC plans to post an addendum to the RFP by end of week 10/31/14, which will change the Proposal Submission deadline to November 19th as well as modify the qualification requirements. Interested parties are encouraged to check the website regularly for the official changes.

1/14/15 The written evaluation is now complete. In alphabetical order, the following firms will advance to the oral interview phase of this RFP process: Avila & Associates, CM Pros, Cornerstone, CPM-Alta JV, ECS, and MCK Associates. These proposers will be sent an oral interview invitation shortly.
1/23/15 The RFP evaluation process is now complete. The four highest ranked firms, in alphabetical order: Avila Associates, CPM-Alta JV, ECS, & MCK, will be recommended for award of the contracts.
