The SFPUC, a department of the City, seeks to retain the services of a qualified Proposer to assist the SFPUC with the engineering analysis and retrofit design of the Pilarcitos Dam and Reservoir Improvements Project, including but not limited to geotechnical investigation and analysis, needs assessment, alternatives analysis, conceptual engineering, detailed design, cost estimating, construction scheduling, and engineering support for environmental review, bid and award, and construction. The Proposer may also be called upon to provide other related design and engineering support services during the term of the Professional Services Agreement (Agreement). Such services could include supplemental geotechnical investigations, supplemental analysis and computer modeling, materials testing, inspection services and other specialized services at the discretion of the SFPUC.
