The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC), a department of the City and County of San Francisco, seeks to retain the services of a qualified Proposer to assist the SFPUC with power scheduling coordination and scheduling agent services. The Proposer may also be called upon to provide other related services and support to optimize the SFPUC’s power resource utilization and service to its’ loads; and Congestion Revenue Rights (CRR) management services for the City’s participation in the annual and monthly CRR allocation processes during the term of the Professional Services Agreement (Agreement).
