The objective of the project is to improve the safety access within the O’ Shaughnessy dam located in Yosemite National Park, Tuolumne County. This work will include lighting upgrades, improved fall protection, access to the spillway, drainage improvements, seal active leaking cracks, and replacing ladder well platforms. The work is to be performed in Tuolumne, California.
A Class “Classification A” California Contractors License is required to bid. Furthermore, each listed subcontractor must possess appropriate active licenses for the work each subcontractor will be performing.
Bid discounts may be applied as per San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 14B. The LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 8.00%. Both San Francisco Small & Micro-LBEs and SFPUCLBEs (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division) can be utilized to meet this requirement. The requirement is less than 20.00% because the work is located in a remote location within the Hetch Hetchy System.
