The objective of the project is to remove an existing bridge, construct a 155 feet long by 20 feet wide steel bridge, approach roadways, 60-inch reinforce concrete pipe culvert, and a steel entry gate. The project is located off Geary Road in Sunol, CA. The work is to be performed in Alameda County, CA.
Bid discounts may be applied as per SF Administrative Code Chapter 14B.The LBE subcontracting goal is 15% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Human Rights Commission). SFPUC-LBEs cannot be utilized to meet the 15% LBE subcontracting goal requirement. Please contact Mindy Lee at (415) 554-3136 for HRC related issues.
Hard copy versions of plans, specifications and bidding documents are available at 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 1st Floor, Customer Service Desk, San Francisco, CA 94102 for a non-refundable $150 fee paid by cash or by check payable to “SFPUC”.
Status changed of this project to a security sensitive project, contractors requesting plan/specs be shipped to them should send their request with the signed Confidentiality Agreement, the appropriate payment amount and return shipping information to: Contract Administration Bureau at 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 8th floor, San Francisco, CA 94102.
