The objective of the project is to construct an oxygen generation plant and gaseous oxygen supply piping at the Southeast Plant. The work is to be performed in SF, CA. This contract requires bidder pre-qualification by the SFPUC. Only contractors who have successfully completed the pre- qualification process for the Wastewater Treatment Facilities category of work will be allowed to submit bids for this contract.
Bid discounts may be applied as per SF Administrative Code Chapter 14B.The LBE subcontracting goal is 8% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Human Rights Commission). SFPUC-LBEs cannot be utilized to meet the 8% LBE subcontracting goal requirement. Please contact Bayard Fong at (415) 554-3103 for HRC related issues.
Hard copy versions of plans, specifications and bidding documents are available at 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 1st Floor, Contract Admin Service Desk, San Francisco, CA 94102 for a non-refundable $180 fee paid by cash or by check payable to “SFPUC”. Contractors requesting plan/ specs be shipped to them should send their request with the signed Confidentiality Agreement, the appropriate payment amount and return shipping information to: Contract Administration Bureau at 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 8th floor, San Francisco, CA 94102
