The objective of the project is to replace the existing sewer and renovate the existing street pavement on various streets in the Western Addition/North Beach/Marina Districts.

Bid discounts may be applied as per SF Administrative Code Chapter 14B. The LBE subcontracting goal is 12% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Human Rights Commission).  SFPUC-LBEs cannot be utilized to meet the 12% LBE subcontracting goal requirement. Please contact Andrew Houston at 415-551-4335 for HRC related issues.

Hard copy versions of plans, specifications and bidding documents are available at 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 8th Floor, Contract Administration, SF, CA 94102 for a non-refundable $150 fee paid by cash or by check payable to “SFPUC”. Contractors requesting plan/specs be shipped to them should send the appropriate payment amount and return shipping information to: Contract Administration Bureau at: 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 8th floor.
