This RFP solicits the services of a Consultant to assist the SFPUC with legislative representation and advocacy before the California State Legislature and State Administration in areas of water, wastewater, natural resources, and energy issues.

The selected Consultant will work under the direction of the SFPUC External Affairs Department and must have their primary office located within the Sacramento city limits and must be available to participate in hearings at the legislature and before state regulatory agencies on short notice.

The Local Business Enterprise (LBE) rating bonus provisions of Chapter 14B shall apply to this project.
